Returns Policy

• The product must include the original tags, user manual, and accessories.
• The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer's/item box.
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and without any flaws. If returned in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back.

How to Return a Product?

• Fill the Return Form below. Quality evaluation takes 3 business days. If validated, you’ll get a refund or can exchange by paying the difference.
• Pack product as per return conditions. If return is invalid, we’ll explain and return the item.
• Return in original packaging/box with label. Do not put tape/stickers on the box.
• Replacement Time: 5–10 working days (may vary by product and location).
• Refund Time: 5–10 working days via bank deposit.
• Return Conditions:
  • Wrong size/specification/color delivered.
  • Product not as advertised or received damaged/defective.
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Must return product in original form with all accessories.
